Hi Everyone,
Happy Passover! Happy Easter! I know this year has been filled with unexpected challenges and the separation needed to keep all of us healthy and safe has been far from easy. I've been hearing a lot over the last week about this being a season of hope. No matter what your beliefs, I feel like that really rings true for all of us right now. We are in a season of hope. We are hoping to see new research to find treatments and vaccines to help prevent the spread of this virus. We have hope that we will see our families sometime soon. We have hope that our first responders will help keep us safe and our families safe during this time. So many things right now are centered around hope for the future.
This is hard. I don't want to minimize that at all. I've been feeling it just like all of you have. Sometimes it's hard to find hope in the midst of the storm. Take the time this weekend to feel hope. I have hope that we will all come out stronger. We will love stronger, live stronger, and be stronger.
I'm going to go spend some time making special Easter memories with my family. After some quick chores and laundry. Now that the Governor has declared the Easter Bunny as essential, it's go time! We have to put up those last decorations to welcome him into our home.
