Here’s how it works:
Click HERE to join our Birthday Club. Complete our Birthday Club form for each of your children (1 form per child). Each child will be given a shout out on Facebook during their birthday month. In addition, at the beginning of their birthday month, you will receive an email with details on a birthday surprise from local businesses.
