November 19, 2022

Macaroni Kid Columbia-Ellicott City-Western Howard is once again excited to be a Media Sponsor of Kennedy Krieger Institute's Festival of Trees. This year Festival of Trees is back as an in person event for the first time since 2019 at the Maryland State Fairgrounds from November 25-27, 2022!

Invite your family and friends to join you in supporting the more than 25,000 children and families that Kennedy Krieger serves each year. It's the perfect start to the holiday season and a great way to support Kennedy Krieger Institute. New this year is timed-entry ticketing which will minimize crowds, reduce lines and make for a safer, more enjoyable experience for all.

Kennedy Krieger's Festival of Trees will include:

  • One-of-a-kind, designer-decorated trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses on display and for sale
  • A bevy of silent auction items, ranging from sports memorabilia to family fun packages, to view, easily bid on and track online
  • Holiday entertainment, including performances by the Grammy-nominated band Milkshake at 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Friday, November 25
  • In-person visits with Santa Claus
  • Artisan vendors selling handmade crafts, novelties, ornaments and gifts
  • Returning this year: our second annual Festival of Trees Toy Drive. Bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate - we'll be collecting toys on-site for the patients and students served by the Institute.
