Hi Everyone,
What a week! Best laid plans are those that are always hitting a snag. Illness hit our household this week and timing is everything. With schools closed, I made plans for all the appointments for the kids. It's easier these days for them not to miss classes than to have to make up work. Unfortunately, we didn't make all of those appointments and one of my kiddos ended up home sick instead. One of these days we will make it to all of these appointments!
Today is my husband's birthday and we are blessed for the 3rd week in a row to visit with friends from out of state who we literally haven't seen for YEARS! I'm looking forward to celebrating my husband as he gets to hang out with his childhood friend. We are also celebrating a milestone anniversary this week. What a great way to welcome October.
