Hi Everyone,
What a week! The year has started out with a winter wonderland. As crazy as the week was, I took my time to try and enjoy what I consider an extra winter break. Although I had things to do, activities for the kids slowed down/stopped which allowed some extra relaxation time I wasn't expecting. I am grateful for that time and and energized to tackle our insanely busy week ahead!
Last night, I had the pleasure of watching my son play at a wedding. They grow up so fast and his talent is immense. I could not have expected these moments years ago and I am cherishing all of these special moments. Time flies in a blink of an eye and I don't want to miss these things. My daughter also had an exciting week as she came in 2nd in the science fair at school and is heading to the regional fair. She was also the concert master in a school orchestra performance this week. To say I am a proud mom is an understatement. Watching them on their journey in life is one of my greatest privileges. As parents, enjoy these moments. Whatever your child finds joy in, see that joy and celebrate it. It is so special.
