Hi Everyone,
Have you ever had one of those weeks where you can't catch a break? This week was one of those for me and it hasn't stopped yet. Car trouble, sick child, broken washing machine, and now another sick child are some of the highlights. This mama needs a break! Send all the good vibes my way this week. I need nice warm spring weather so I can open up the windows and get rid of the winter germs.
Are any of your kids trying to catch a leprechaun this year? I loved watching the creativity and determination of my kids over the years trying to catch one. This was a new tradition in our household as it was led by my kids. It's not something I ever did as a child. It brought some extra St. Patrick's Day fun. They were never able to catch one, but we did have some green milk and green toilet water amongst other things. This year, I'm just hoping everyone makes it to school and we can enjoy some special treats.
Thursday is the first day of Spring and I am here for it! I cannot wait to see the first flowers and trees blooming, hear the birds chirping, usher in warmer weather, and take regular walks in the park. What are you looking forward to this Spring?
