Description
Honor our community’s veterans at the 8th Annual Veterans Day Parade & Celebration! The parade route starts at 9:30am at the Merriweather District and ends at the Downtown Columbia Lakefront. There, enjoy complimentary coffee provided by Starbucks and a card-making station for troops provided by the Columbia Art Center.
The ceremony will start at approximately 11am, featuring remarks from Howard County Executive Dr. Calvin Ball, CA President/CEO Lakey Boyd, Howard County Veterans Foundation President Robert Gillette and others. Enjoy a performance by The Young Columbians as part of the celebration.
